rackmountour christmas:
1) fight with brother figured out and shelved.
2) days and days of food poisoning, for both me and J. poor linus. on the plus, i ended up 3-4 pounds lighter after that weekend.
3) spamalot! _herbert_ was awesome.
4) i didn't "get" anything, but i move into my apartment this month.
5) photobook of linus for the folks = big success.
6) missed church due to exhaustion, which sucked. on the plus, no christmas carols this year, nearly at all. sign of recession?
7) linus is getting baptised in two weeks! locals are welcome to come for the afterparty!
8) after reading rick's and pitchfork's best of year lists, i realized how little i listened to this year. my big resolution: NEW MUSIC. once a month I will buy a new album (new = within last year), once a month i will hear live music.
9) trip to seattle in the works.
10) i bought lots of stuff, for linus mostly. lots of chinese books and wood toys and memory games. and one cashmere sweater for me. go me for not spending the farm on the diane von furstenberg sales!
11) the big present? two visits from friends not seen in too long. i miss my girlfriends!
