fun,
fun,
fun.
makes me crackers, the inability to say
what i feel.
my favorite
haiku yet.
pecker is so good, though it would have been so much better sans christina ricci.
took a shot from a doctor-to-be. on camera. his lab partner stared, blinked, tried to look unimpressed.

Date: 2002-04-16 12:05 pm (UTC)pecker was obvious and silly, but funny at the same time. i wouldnt say it was a great movie (and i definately dont understand people who are obsessed with waters), but at the same time, it is nice and entertaining.
hairspray had it's moments, but i agree, for the most part it was not his best thing.
speaking of indie movies from the last year or two, i still havent seen royal tanenbaums (sp?). have you seen it already? last i saw, it was still playing in davis square. been thinking about seeing it.

Date: 2002-04-16 01:45 pm (UTC)i saw it with my parents during my spring break. my dad hated it, which means i liked it--though i did not love it. it's too clean and the script is a bit awkward, but it definitely has its moments. hilarious moments, even.

Date: 2002-04-18 07:50 am (UTC)Isabelle: Will you make love to me?
Thomas: When?
Isabelle: When you finish your bath.
Thomas: Why me?
Isabelle: Why not you?
Thomas: Well, you don't know me. You don't even know my name.
Isabelle: You don't know your name either.
Thomas: Have you ever had sex?
Isabelle: No.
Thomas: How can you be a nymphomaniac and never had sex?
Isabelle: I'm choosy.

Kingly Christmas trees
Date: 2002-04-16 01:45 pm (UTC)Pecker ? I dunno, it was kind of obvious, and maybe not as much fun as I was expecting.
Do you ever go to River Gods ? I am (most likely) going to stop there tonight to pick up a new Wire magazine-related comp CD from Jon Whitney, who's DJing there tonight, designs on brainwashed.com, and lives in Arlington to boot.
Here's another vote for keeping your journal !
